Shipping & Fulfillment
Our store is built for direct-supplier fulfillment. Most kitchen items are prepared by supplier partners and shipped directly to the customer, which helps keep pricing competitive and reduces extra warehouse handling.
Estimated delivery windows are shown on product pages where available. A typical estimate for supplier-direct items is 7–15 business days after processing, though timing can vary by destination, carrier volume, and supplier availability.
Customers receive order confirmation from the store and should keep their email address accurate at checkout. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact the customer with an alternative, refund, or updated shipping estimate.
